Not a paper cup. A sealed-fresh can.

Most coffee shops hand you a cup with a lid that pops off in your bag. We do something almost no one around here does: we seal your drink in a clear, branded can the moment it’s made — so the flavor stays just-poured and nothing spills on the way.

And it isn’t a fixed lineup. Any drink on our menu can be canned to order — energy drinks, iced coffee, matcha, refreshers, mangonadas — built with your flavors, your sweetness, your milk. Want a dozen of the same for a party? We’ll can a custom batch.

Grab one for the road, stock the cooler, gift a few, or just enjoy a drink that looks as good as it tastes. Canning it is just a small upcharge — about 50¢, less than other shops around here charge.

    Energy drinks, coffee, matcha, refreshers, mangonadas — if we make it, we can can it, built exactly the way you like it.

    Clear cans show off every layer and color behind our palm-tree logo. They photograph beautifully — and yes, the drink tastes as good as it looks.

    Sealing your drink in a can adds only about 50¢ — well below what other shops around here charge to can a drink. Right now every can is 16 oz, with a bigger 24 oz size coming soon.

What are Tropical Express canned drinks?

Canned drinks are our made-to-order drinks sealed in a clear, logo-printed can instead of a paper cup. We can almost anything on our menu — energy drinks, iced coffee, matcha, iced tea, refreshers, and mangonadas — sealed fresh the moment it’s made so it travels well and stays just-poured. Tropical Express is one of the only coffee shops in Kennewick, the Tri-Cities, and Othello offering it.

Can I get a custom drink canned?

Yes — every canned drink is built to order. Pick any drink, customize the flavors, sweetness, milk, and toppings just like a regular cup, and we’ll seal it in a can for you. If you don’t see exactly what you want, just describe it at the counter and we’ll make it and can it.

Are the canned drinks sealed and leak-proof?

Yes. Each can is machine-sealed with a pressed lid right after we make it, so it won’t spill in your bag or cupholder and the flavor stays fresh. It’s ideal for road trips, lunchboxes, the gym, or anywhere a paper cup would tip over.

Can I order canned drinks for a party or in bulk?

Absolutely. We can a custom batch for parties, office orders, gifts, sports teams, and events — everyone gets the same perfect drink, ready to grab. Call us at (509) 989-6532 to arrange a batch, and give us a little lead time for larger orders.

How much extra does it cost to get my drink canned?

Just a small upcharge — about 50¢ on top of the drink price to seal it in a can. That’s well below what other shops in the area charge to can a drink, so it’s the best canned-drink deal around. Sizes and prices are shown in store at each location.

What size are the canned drinks?

Right now every canned drink comes in a 16 oz can. A larger 24 oz can is coming soon — ask in store for the latest sizes and prices.

Which locations offer canned drinks?

You can order canned drinks at any Tropical Express in Kennewick, the Tri-Cities, and Othello, WA. Just ask for your drink “in a can” when you order at the counter or drive-thru.
